Hello “Papa“

Thank you for being there, but listen to this coming from my heart

You came as an unwelcome visitor, promised me you would stay for 4hours and now you have extended your welcome beyond 33hours, I don’t like it.

Your stay is causing me discomfort and you can see it in my eyes.

You can see it in the way I communicate with you.

You can see it in the way we sit at table.

You can see it in the way I am getting impoverished keeping you buxom.

You can see it from the way you keep shifting your talk.

You can see it in the way I struggle to keep my children at school.

You can see it in the way I suffer keeping myself healthy.

You can see it in the way recklessness is engulfing my village.

You can see it in the way people including strangers discuss our relation in hushed tones.

You can see it in the way my children are having no future in their own home.

You can see it in the way strangers are claiming every piece of blade of grass on my compound.

You can see it in the way the anthill has been claimed by strangers.

You can see it in the way the pond has been sub divided to strangers.  

You can see it in the way that beautiful rock has been claimed by strangers.

You can see it in the way the past corrections of over 46years are being reinstated to disenfranchise my children and their children’s children in future.

Can’t you keep your word this once and roll away your weight from my back.

Or do you want to leave me totally broken and unable to fend for my family so you can find an excuse to take over the little that I have managed to sweat for all my life.

Be kind please. Hearken to my tears.

Speak the truth for this once, do not use deceit in your tongue.

Stop doing evil to my family lest I will bear witness against you at an appropriate time.

Then you will be brought to nothing.

And the bribes that you have taken while in my house shall live to haunt you forever.

The blood of the innocent that you have spilled shall be brought up against you in witness.

You will beg for forgiveness and you will receive nothing but wild cheers against your cries. 

I have given you equity and justice and you have paid me with inequity and injustice.
I need justice and equity without them your welcome is spent ash.

"moto na moto abongisa mosala naye" during mobutu's days in Zaire, the Zairois coined a saying which went like “moto na moto abongisa mosala naye” loosely translated "everyone is doing his own thing". according to a friend from that mineral mine, mobutu the then king pin enjoyed seeing everyone busy putting their hands on the country's resources for their personal gains. that way when "moto na moto abongisa mosala naye" was going on those propping mobutu who would have had the muscle to unseat the king pin just engaged themselves in plundering the resources of their country. day in day out the Zairois at the helm did their "moto na moto abongisa mosala naye" thing. NRM Airbus 380-2021 heavy departure from 2019 Pilot, we will work as a team and look after each other. Ready for departure briefing? Co-pilot Ok. Departing from Runway paka last 19 right our route is CRPTION 7RKR till 2021ft or 5miles, till way point BOU “whichever is later”. Followed by a left turn 180west. In case of an engine failure we continue straight for 25miles. We climb 4,500ft just to be safe. We are quite heavy today to land back, we would have to dump some cash. As for aborting take-off, we are close to our limits. As we pick up speed reasons for aborting diminish. In the end it is either engine fire or failure or not flyable.
